This process automatically attempts to delete the Crush Legends account associated with the sender’s email address. Please ensure that the email address used to send the request is registered or connected to the specific Crush Legends account you want to delete.
After the deletion request is received, it is typically verified within 1–14 business days. Once verified, the account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.
All personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted within 30 days from the date the request is verified.
During this 30-day period, the data is securely stored, access-restricted, and inaccessible to other users. It is not used for application features, analytics, personalization, advertising, or marketing.
Certain limited data may be retained beyond this period only if strictly required by applicable laws, legal obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
